Her practice focuses on the design, negotiation and structuring of various financing transactions, both from the side of local and international financial institutions and from the side of borrowers and issuers, including project finance transactions, syndicated loans, acquisition financing, public and private offerings of securities, among others. Gabriela is also dedicated to the implementation of Legal Tech initiatives, digital innovation and the technology industry in general, including fintech, e-commerce and digital platforms. She joined the firm as an associate in 2006. During 2012 and 2013 she worked as an international associate at the New York offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Gabriela is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and holds an LL.M. from Harvard University (2012).
