On the transactional side, the practice handles structured finance, loans and project finance and banking-sector M&A, and on the regulatory side, it offers considerable experience in the licensing of local banks. The practice is led by Gabriela Dañino, who brings expertise in cross-border finance and capital markets deals, and also heads the firm’s fintech practice.
