Mitasha Chandok is an experienced partner in Orrick’s London office. She brings over a decade of experience advising clients in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors with a primary focus on oil and gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and energy transition.

Mitasha specializes in complex cross-border M&A, disposals, joint ventures, project development and financing, and corporate advisory matters across the full energy value chain – from concession applications to downstream trading. She has led transactions and projects in over 50 jurisdictions, with extensive experience across Europe, Africa, and Asia, including first market entries and cross-border projects. She is highly skilled in structuring host government and support arrangements in emerging markets.
