Maxence Jonvel is a competition Lawyer in Orrick's Paris Office.

Maxence specializes in EU and French competition law, covering the full spectrum of the practice from transactional advisory to complex litigation.

He has a strong track record in antitrust matters, including in particular cartel investigations and private enforcement actions (damage claims), representing clients in high-stakes competition litigation.

He also regularly advises international clients on multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters, providing integrated counsel on both merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) screenings.
