Sebastian was National Director of Copyrights and Related Rights at the National Service of Intellectual Rights; and Director and National Intendant of Investigation and Control of Unfair Practices at the Superintendence of Control of Market Power. Additionally, Sebastian has provided advice in administrative and jurisdictional litigation in intellectual property, in highly complex cases before the Collegiate Body of Intellectual Rights
