Portia S. Keady is a partner in Nutter’s Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on advising clients on all aspects of corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, corporate governance, licensing (including liquor licensing for food and beverage clients), escrow agreements, and due diligence. She has represented both early-stage growth companies and investment firms in venture-backed financings. Portia regularly advises early stage and mature companies on their day-to-day corporate needs including corporate strategy, organization and succession planning in a broad range of industries including, food and beverage, food service, manufacturing, technology, artificial intelligence, software, and professional services.
