A registered patent attorney, Robert focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, client counseling, and portfolio management. Robert is skilled at analyzing patent infringement and validity in the mechanical and electrical arts as well as strategizing how to avoid the patents of others. Robert has experience representing clients in patent, trademark, unfair competition, and trade secret litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has also litigated Inter Partes Reviews, Covered Business Method Reviews, and Derivation Proceedings before the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
