Félix Reyes is a Partner at Coronel & Pérez. His practice focuses on complex litigation, international arbitration and corporate advisory, with particular emphasis on disputes and regulatory matters involving the interaction between the public sector and private investment. His work lies at the intersection of public law, government contracts and foreign investment, particularly in regulated and strategic sectors such as energy, natural resources, infrastructure and insurance.

His work focuses on dispute resolution, both domestic and international, as well as on advisory matters relating to large-scale projects with significant contractual and regulatory implications in Ecuador and across the region. Félix has been involved in complex contractual and regulatory disputes, as well as in investment law matters, representing multinational corporations and acting as part of teams that have advised multilateral organizations and supranational entities.
