Siyu’s practice focuses on private equity investment, and mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on the telecommunications, media, and technology industry.

Siyu graduated from Columbia Law School with an LL.M. in 2022 as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Prior to joining MoFo, she worked at a leading PRC law firm.
