Ludmila Braga is a partner in the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice of Tauil & Chequer in association with Mayer Brown.

Ludmila Braga offers a comprehensive real estate practice, covering all aspects of transactional real estate, including joint ventures, funds, and financing. She is highly regarded for advising funds, managers, and key stakeholders on fund structuring and M&A transactions across various real estate sectors, including residential, industrial, office, logistics, agribusiness, and infrastructure. Ludmila also counsels both private and public clients, including state-owned companies, on sustainable projects and impact investing in real estate, addressing regulatory, tax, and zoning considerations. Additionally, she specializes in advising clients on legal restrictions in agribusiness and forestry investments related to foreign ownership and rural leasing.

Ludmila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with specializations in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), and Environmental Law from ESA - School of Advocacy. She coursed the "Droit des Entreprises" master at Paris Dauphine University and an MBA in Real Estate – Economics and Sectoral Market from USP, as well as the Adaptive Leadership course at New York University. In addition, she was awarded a full scholarship for the "Financial Leaders of Tomorrow" program at Tsinghua University in 2017.

Ludmila leads the Singapore Desk the firm and is the co-founder of the Singapore-Brazil Friendship Group, an initiative of the Singaporean government to strengthen ties with Brazilian companies. She is also a member of the Mining Commission and of the Real Estate Commission at OAB/SP and of LatamCham.
