Becky Wee is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Becky handles a broad range of corporate matters in the energy sector. Her experience includes advising clients on cross-border energy and natural resources projects and transactions, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, and project development.

Prior to joining Latham, Becky practiced at a top tier global city firm in London, and spent time seconded to an oil and gas major as legal counsel in their M&A team, as well as to a major renewable energy company.
