Matthew Thurlow is counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Environment, Land & Resources Department. He focuses on environmental litigation, insurance recovery and regulatory compliance work. He has significant experience on environmental matters brought under the Clean Air Act, CERCLA, Clean Water Act and RCRA. During his time at the firm, he has also worked on numerous commercial general litigation matters in the areas of toxic tort, insurance, employment and product liability law.
