Laurie Bauer is a member of the Latham & Watkins Corporate Department. Ms. Bauer’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, company representation and corporate governance matters. Ms. Bauer has a wide range of transactional experience including representing sellers and buyers in mergers and acquisitions transactions and representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions. Ms. Bauer also represents public and private companies on a day-to-day basis, advising them on corporate governance, securities laws and organizational matters, as well as preparation and filing of ’34 Act reports.
