Alexandra A. Roje is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Roje has practiced with the firm since 2000 and has extensive trial experience, specializing in insurance coverage, health care and general commercial litigation matters. Ms. Roje has represented policyholder clients in a wide variety of insurance coverage disputes involving directors’ and officers’ liability, product and environmental liability, employment practices liability, first-party property coverage (including business interruption matters), crime/fidelity coverage and insurance coverage matters in bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Roje also represents various clients with respect to the insurance aspects of transactional matters including asset sales, purchases and mergers, and in connection with the disposition of insurance assets in bankruptcy.
