Christopher Dorian is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. He practices primarily in the leveraged finance area, representing banks and other lenders in acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Dorian was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore. In the course of his career, Mr. Dorian has been extensively involved in structuring and documenting a large variety of transactions in addition to his primary focus on banking, including purchase and sale transactions, securitizations, joint ventures and project finance.
