Nancy Kowalczyk is counsel in Latham's Chicago office and is a member of the firm's Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Kowalczyk focuses her practice on the representation of investment advisers, private investment funds and broker-dealers. She has significant experience representing hedge funds and their sponsors. She also advises clients regarding regulatory and compliance issues, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures involving investment advisers, broker-dealers and funds, private offerings of securities, and fund formations.
