Faisal Imam assists Saudi Arabian and international clients on a range of complex transactions involving data technology and intellectual property assets. Faisal also advises clients on data privacy, cyber security, and commercial contracts, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.

Whilst with a previous firm, Faisal also spent time on client secondment with Amazon, acting as legal counsel in connection with the launch of Amazon.sa in Saudi Arabia.
