Paolo Bernasconi is a partner in the Milan office and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Paolo represents corporate clients, investment banks, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in cross-border corporate finance transactions involving complex structuring issues, with an emphasis on acquisition financings and issuances of high yield debt securities.
