Dr. J. Melchior Raiser is a finance partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Melchior focuses on acquisition financing, syndicated financing and financial restructuring. He has extensive experience in the financing of leveraged buyouts and complex cross-border acquisitions, syndicated loans, unitranche financing, secured and unsecured bank loans and other financial instruments. His clients include private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and companies from a variety of industries.
