Attila Oldag is a retired partner in the Munich office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. With his many years of in-depth experience, Attila focused on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as private equity transactions. In addition, Attila regularly advised on joint venture transactions, corporate reorganizations and selected capital markets issues. He advised German and foreign corporations as well as financial sponsors.
