King & Spalding Adds Corporate Real Estate Partner Raymond Fang in London to Support UK and European Private Capital Growth

LONDON, May 5, 2026 – King & Spalding announced today that Raymond Fang has joined the firm’s Real Estate and Funds practice group as a partner focused on private capital transactions. He is based in the firm’s London office. Fang is a corporate real estate lawyer who works across the full spectrum of real estate private equity deals, including structured M&A, joint ventures and general partner (GP) stake investments. He advises clients on both UK and cross‑border transactions, ranging from corporate structures holding single-trophy assets to large multi-jurisdictional portfolios. SINGAPORE, September 1, 2026 – King & Spalding announced today that private equity M&A partner Nicola Yeomans has joined the firm’s Corporate practice group in Singapore. Yeomans, who was previously a partner and co-head of Private Capital at Mallesons, represents private equity sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on complex, cross-border transactions across Southeast Asia, India and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Her practice focuses on sophisticated private capital and private equity M&A mandates, primarily in infrastructure and real estate, with additional experience in healthcare, logistics, technology and financial services.
