Rob Leclerc works with publicly traded and private companies as well as private equity firms to execute mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures and other complex transactions. Rob is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Governance practices.

Mr. Leclerc also has extensive experience counseling companies, boards of directors, and executive teams with respect to strategic alternatives, activist defense, and fiduciary duties. Rob’s practice also involves advising on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities matters.
