Linda Lorenat focuses on general corporate and securities law matters and transactions, particularly for emerging growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries. As a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, Linda represents entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, the investors who fund them and the investment banks and the financial advisors who advise them.

Ms. Lorenat represents issuers and venture capital and strategic investors in the initial formation, financing and sale of technology and life sciences companies. Linda's experience with general company representation also includes advising on employment and equity compensation matters, fiduciary duties, commercial agreements and compliance with federal and state securities laws. Her corporate transactional experience includes representing issuers and investors in convertible debt and preferred stock financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and financings, recapitalizations, spin-outs and strategic transactions.
