Yelena Kotlarsky is a partner in the Special Matters and Investigations practice in the New York office. Yelena focuses on white-collar criminal defense litigation, internal and government investigations, corporate compliance, congressional investigations and regulatory matters. Yelena has represented corporations and individuals in a wide array of matters, including the False Claims Act; the Anti-Kickback Statute; the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and criminal sanctions.

Ms. Kotlarsky works with clients facing government investigations conducted by various divisions of the Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorneys' Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and various state agencies and state attorneys general.
