Aaron Hullman is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice group. Aaron represents private equity sponsors and companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and complex joint ventures.

Mr. Hullman has extensive M&A experience involving the acquisition and sale of power generation and infrastructure companies, both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects.
