John Hyman is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice. John represents public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in a wide variety of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions.

John has represented clients in acquisitions and divestitures of stock and assets; equity financing transactions; leverage buyouts; strategic and venture capital investments; joint ventures; recapitalizations; and other control and non-control transactions. He also handles general corporate and securities matters.

With experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, Mr. Hyman works with clients in a number of sectors, including consumer products, industrial distribution, logistics, healthcare, energy, restaurants and retail.
