Zack Davis specializes in representing issuers and underwriters in a variety of capital markets activities in the U.S. and abroad, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, share repurchases and public and private debt offerings, as well as tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations and other corporate reorganization and liability management transactions.
