Matthew Sandiford is a partner in the Finance practice resident in the Atlanta office. Matthew is active in the firm's leveraged finance, healthcare, venture finance and specialty finance practices.

Mr. Sandiford represents financial institutions, lenders, investors, borrowers, underwriters and arrangers in leveraged finance, securitization and other secured and unsecured lending transactions, with a focus on healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, franchisors, medical device and sponsor finance transactions.
