Damien Marshall is a partner and Co-Head of the firm’s Business Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on the resolution of complex business disputes over a broad range of substantive areas, including corporate governance and shareholder disputes, antitrust, securities, consumer protection and general commercial disputes. Damien has extensive experience representing clients on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters with particular emphasis on defending financial institutions and technology companies in class action and MDL proceedings.

Mr. Marshall regularly practices before federal and state courts throughout the nation. His clients include large global financial institutions, as well as companies in the media and entertainment space, technology companies, Fintech companies, hedge funds and private equity funds.
