Sayf Shuqair's practice focuses on the investment funds and asset management industry in the Middle East, particularly in relation to the structuring and establishment of various types of investment funds used to raise Middle East capital. In addition to his core investment funds practice, Sayf also leads on financial services regulatory matters and is a core member of the firm's real estate practice in the Middle East.

Mr. Shuqair mainly advises regional and global clients on various asset management and investment structuring matters. He advises clients on the structuring, formation and governance of various types of public and private, listed and unlisted investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure, credit, equity and money market investment funds and also generally advises clients on innovative corporate, real estate and other investment structures in the GCC region, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia.
