Daniel Crosby specializes in international trade, investment and matters related to public international law. A partner in the firm's International Trade practice and the manager of the Geneva office, Daniel helps sovereign and business clients to achieve practical economic objectives around the world by applying and negotiating international agreements.

Mr. Crosby represents major U.S. and European multinational corporations in a variety of trade and investment negotiations, and on the application of treaty-based rules to improve global market access for goods, services and e-commerce. He also advises clients regarding national trade remedy proceedings and World Trade Organization (WTO) disputes.
