John McClenahan specializes in development and financing of infrastructure and energy projects. Partner in the firm's Corporate practice, John works with clients on all aspects of project development, financing, and mergers and acquisitions around the world.

Mr. McClenahan is active in the area of hydrogen and ammonia projects, advising banks as well as sponsors on the development and financing of clean energy projects. He is the firm's Managing Partner, North Asia, with responsibility for the Japan and Korea practices.
