Agnès Bizard is an International Arbitration Counsel in the firm’s Paris office. Her practice focuses on investment, construction and commercial disputes, with particular focus on energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Ms. Bizard has participated in numerous arbitral proceedings conducted under the ICSID, ICC, AFA and CCJA arbitration rules, in which she delivered opening and closing arguments and cross-examined witnesses, quantum and technical experts. She has substantial experience in multiple jurisdictions, in West and North Africa especially. She also frequently appears before French courts in set aside proceedings.
