Olivier is a partner in the firm’s Paris office advising on tax issues related to domestic and cross-border transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and group restructuring operations with a specific focus on the pharmaceutical industry and, more generally, the healthcare, new technologies and finance sectors.

Mr. Goldstein also advises company directors and key managers in the tax structuring of their professional and personal assets. His expertise also includes tax litigation and criminal proceedings relating to tax offences.
