The team recently secured a landmark $2.2bn ICSID award win for Unión Fenosa Gas regarding investment claims launched against Egypt - one of the highest financial awards ever rendered by an ICSID tribunal. It is also managing a large European renewables energy caseload in relation to which it recently secured several victories in 2019 against Spain and Italy.
