His experience includes construction lending, mezzanine lending, real estate investment trust (REIT) finance, note finance, large portfolio financings, multicurrency facilities, A/B financings, syndications and participations, ground leasehold financing, and synthetic leasing arrangements. That experience spans a wide array of asset classes, including undeveloped land, powered land, data centers, multifamily, hotels, resorts, shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use projects, and other commercial properties.
