Richard Sharman represents debt and equity investors in a range of complex cross-border asset finance and private structured transactions around the globe.

Mr. Sharman's asset finance transactions include secured and unsecured financing, asset portfolio trades, leasing, secondary debt trades, securitizations, establishment of leasing platforms, restructuring and workout scenarios, with a special focus on aviation assets.

In addition, Mr. Sharman handles private structured transactions, including investments across private credit, event-driven transactions, intangibles and special situations, backed by contractual cash flows and involving innovative credit enhancement techniques.
