Juan Pablo Romero Rios is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office. Mr. Romero Rios focuses his practice in the areas of labor law, social security and immigration law. He has spent nine years providing advisory, auditing and judicial representation services to various companies in the industrial, commercial, insurance, hydrocarbons and service sectors in individual, collective, procedural, social security and immigration law.

Mr. Romero Rios has participated as a lecturer on labor law and social security issues at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Cucuta and Medellin, Universidad del Rosario and the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota.
