Juan Camilo Riveira Gómez is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where he provides tax advisory services to national and international organizations. Mr. Riveira Gómez also advises clients on domestic and international tax planning structures and regulations, as well as foreign trade regulations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Riveira was the tax director of the tax and foreign exchange practice of a Colombian law firm, where he advised corporations and individuals in their legal tax regarding local and international transactions and daily operations, focusing on planning and structuring to avoid double taxation.

Mr. Riveira Gómez is a professor of tax subjects at several universities and at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Currently, he is a member of the Colombian Institute of Taxation Law and of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Colombia.
