  • Represented Cityblock Health, a startup improving health care for low-income patients with complex medical needs, in its Series C and Series D financings led by Tiger Global and SoftBank, respectively. The C round was a total of $708m and the D was $400m.
  • Assisted OneTrust, a developer of privacy management software, in raising $300m in a Series C round of funding led by TCV as well as a Series C extension of $210m, bringing the company’s valuation to $5.3bn.
  • Represented BlockFi, a cryptoasset service which provides credit services to markets with limited access to simple products like a savings account, in its $350m Series D financing, led by Hudson River Trading, The Venture Collective and Breyer Capital.
