Cristina reincorporated into the firm in 2023. She has dedicated her practice and experience to Intellectual Property, Data Protection, Technology, and Dispute Resolution. Her expertise is mainly on the protection of intellectual property rights, copyright, data protection, and technology and innovation (especially metaverse, NFTs, blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and creative industries).

Currently, she serves as a professor of Intellectual Property at the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
