Fátima joined the firm in February 2024 in the Department of Intellectual Property and Life Sciences.

She has extensive experience in protecting and maintaining trademark portfolios and health registries, not only at the local level, but also in different countries in the region. In her professional career, she has advised national and multinational companies regarding these areas.

She has dedicated herself to advising different clients regarding the obtention of health records for food, beverages, medications, medical supplies, agricultural products. She has also assisted in obtaining operating permits in different entities such as the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and National Directorate of Medicines.

Likewise, Fátima has extensive experience in obtaining registrations of distinctive signs and their maintenance, as well as the implementation of legal strategies for their protection in El Salvador and abroad.

Authorized as a practicing Attorney and Notary Public by the Supreme Court of El Salvador.

Master in Corporate Law from the Evangelical University of El Salvador.
