Career

Cynthia is head of the Intellectual Property practice at Arias Costa Rica, she is seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience on the areas of industrial and intellectual property, life sciences and unfair competition.

Cynthia Wo Ching began her practice at the Intellectual Property Office of Costa Rica and continued developing in other legal firms in the country. She has given talks on intellectual property to small and medium-sized companies, advising them on the importance of adequately protecting their rights and trademarks.

Recognized for her career and extensive experience, Cynthia stands out for her skills in communication, proactivity, creativity, supervision, search for solutions and process control, as well as her ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

The incorporation of Cynthia to the firm in 2024, directing the Intellectual Property Department, gives our clients a new way to meet their needs, with a refreshing and new ideas in the procedures, improving communication and fluidity.
