Aubry Daerden is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Corporate and Transactional Group in Brussels. Aubry has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He also has particular expertise in strategic joint ventures and corporate governance matters.

In his role, Aubry assists large corporate groups and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in their acquisitions and divestments in a wide range of industries, including transportation, health care and technology.

He also frequently represents emerging technology companies, venture capital firms and corporate investors throughout all investment cycles.

Alongside his transactional practice, Aubry regularly advises non-listed companies, family shareholders and trade associations on corporate governance matters and restructurings.
