The Boston-based insurance group at Choate, Hall & Stewart focuses on complex disputes and high exposure matters, including natural disasters, financial reinsurance, life and annuity reinsurance, variable annuities, pharmaceutical-related litigation, opioids, sexual abuse and ‘reviver’ claims, and long-tail matters, principally in connection with asbestos and environmental pollution. ‘Exceptional litigator’ David Attisani advised CNA in connection with all of its exposures relating to clergy sexual abuse and molestation claims. Robert Kole represented Liberty Mutual in connection with their opioid exposures in the US involving over 1,000 lawsuits. Attisani, Kole, and J.P.
