Jonothan’s practice focuses on commercial and competition litigation. He has extensive trial experience, having acted in multiple full trials before the High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and has advised on cases ranging from smaller commercial disputes to multi-billion-pound claims.

He has developed specialist expertise in group and collective proceedings, including the Mercedes emissions litigation, competition collective proceedings against global tech companies, and cartel damages claims before both the CAT and High Court. Jonothan also advises clients on the usage of litigation funding, ATE insurance and risk-based fee arrangements.
