Antonio Nachif is a partner in the Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration, and Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practices at KLA. He has extensive experience in court litigation and arbitration involving commercial contracts, civil liability, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate matters, and debt recovery, particularly in scenarios involving restructuring or bankruptcy of debtors and multiple security interests. He also provides strategic preventive counseling, including contractual claim management. Antonio advises clients across various industries, with notable expertise in renewable energy projects and construction.

He is a Ph.D. candidate in Civil Law at the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds an LL.M. from King’s College London. While in London, he served as a visiting attorney at WilmerHale. Antonio is a member of organizations such as the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee of the Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber (CAMARB).
