Jennifer Campbell is noted as a skilled litigator in product liability, toxic torts and commercial litigation matters. A founding attorney of BCLP’s Seattle office, she primarily serves clients based in Washington and Oregon.

Jennifer focuses her practice on the defense of chemical, pharmaceutical, heavy equipment and food manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort lawsuits. A trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer is able to help her clients successfully navigate all aspects of complex litigation, including trial. Having taken numerous cases through trial, Jennifer is better able to provide her clients real-world, pragmatic advice to help them solve their most difficult legal issues.
