Associate

Katrina Hart is an associate in the firm’s International Transactions Practice Group , where she advises clients on a range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, venture capital, and transactions in the energy and technology sectors.

Prior to joining the team as an associate, Katrina trained and qualified with the firm.

Katrina is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono efforts, having worked with a variety of clients on impactful projects. She also regularly contributes to the South West London Law Centre legal advice clinic and supports other charitable initiatives.
