Wesley is an associate in our UK Tax Controversy and Litigation Group in London. Wesley specialises in advising on and resolving complex, high stakes, and high value direct and indirect tax disputes.

Wesley holds experience in the full life cycle of tax matters and advises on individual and corporate tax risk and compliance issues. He is listed as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 for tax litigation and investigations.

In addition to this, Wesley has a foundation in corporate tax and general corporate work, including ECM, M&A, fundraising and on redomiciling entities.

Wesley’s dispute resolution experience includes tax and commercial litigation work in all of South Africa’s higher courts, and, more recently, the Tax Tribunals and Superior Courts of England and Wales.

Wesley is regularly approached for comment on tax by the industry and has authored and co-authored a number of articles in numerous publications in England and Wales such as Tax Journal and in South Africa including in News24, Business Day, The Citizen and MoneyWeb.
